This policy explains how HUM GARDEN INC. handles information on its corporate website and through its contact process. It does not describe the data practices of Movable Script or any other product.

When you visit

The site receives the network and request information needed to return a page, such as your IP address and the address you requested. This version uses no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, marketing cookies, or third-party font services. Fonts are served directly by this website. The color interaction does not measure your temperature or mood, and its state is not sent to us.

When you contact us

If the inquiry form is available, the contact page collects your email address. After you open the link we send, the form collects your name, request type, and message. Media inquiries may also include a publication or organization and a deadline. We use this information to verify your email, receive and assess the inquiry, and respond where appropriate. You do not create an account or join a mailing list.

If the form is unavailable, the page says so and offers our postal address. It does not accept your message.

Verification and abuse prevention

We send a one-time link to the email address you provide. The link works once and expires after 24 hours. We store a protected value derived from the link, rather than the link itself, so the stored record cannot be used to open it. We also keep keyed hashes of email addresses and network addresses to limit repeated requests. These are used for abuse prevention, not advertising or tracking across websites.

Where information goes

This website runs on a company-controlled server hosted by a third-party provider. Inquiry records are stored there. When email sending is enabled, our email provider, Google Workspace, processes the destination address and verification message; a company notification may also contain the inquiry. People authorized to handle company correspondence may access submitted inquiries. We do not sell contact information or use it for unsolicited marketing. We may disclose information when legally required or as necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service.

How long information stays

Unverified web inquiries are deleted within 24 hours. Verified inquiry records in the website database are deleted after 90 days. Abuse-prevention and ordinary server records are kept for a reasonable period, and no longer than we need them. Automated cleanup runs hourly while the service is running and again when it starts.

If we continue a conversation by email or post, that correspondence is kept separately for the duration of the matter and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can choose not to use the form. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided, use the contact form or write to our registered office. We may need to verify the request and retain information where legally required. There are no user accounts on this website.

Security

We restrict access to stored inquiries and use one-time links that expire, and request limits. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents through the form.

Updates

We will update this page when the website’s data handling changes and revise the effective date above. A public deployment, new provider, or new collection purpose will be reflected here before it is introduced.
